摘要: Although protozoal infections in nonhuman primates are common, they generally cause only subclinical disease. Most of the protozoa and especially enterics can be found asymptomatic animals, it is difficult to attribute disease them even if sick animals. However, potential for zoonotic epizootic spread significant should considered when handling primates. The clinical most likely require therapy amebiasis balantidiasis. Many other diseases, a variety reasons, have little significance primates, although clinician aware them. These diseases include trypanosomiasis, malaria, toxoplasmosis, leishmaniasis, prioplasmosis, giardiasis, cryptosporidiosis, hepatocystosis, sarcocystosis, babesiosis, coccidiosis, troglodytella infection, encephalitozoonosis. Good sanitation common sense will limit prevent transmission or epizoonotic infections. Therapy these palliative but medications that work well humans animals usually satisfactory use
