摘要: Fish diseases are often caused either by bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, or a combination of these pathogens. Of these, bacterial fish considered to be major problem in the aquaculture industry. Hence, prevention such proper vaccination is one integral strategies health management, aimed at reducing mortality rate farms. Vaccination offers an effective yet low-cost solution combat risk disease farming. An appropriate regime prevent against harmful effects antibiotic applications. This review discusses role live-attenuated vaccine controlling and development vaccines their strategy. The current achievements potential applications combined also highlighted. Vaccine concluded demanding process, as it must satisfy requirements
