摘要: In this paper we study the concepts of equilibrium and optimum in static transportation networks with elastic non-elastic demands. The main mathematical tool our is theory variational inequalities. We demonstrate that useful for proving existence theorems. It also can justify Beckmann's formulation problem. contribution to propose a new definition equilibrium, normal which exists under very general assumptions. This concept be used, particular, when travel costs are discontinuous unbounded. As examples consider models signalized intersections, traffic lights unbounded travel-time relationships. For some those cases, standard user Wardrop equilibria cannot used.
