摘要: The treatment of chondral knee injuries remains a challenge for the orthopedic surgeon, mainly owing to characteristics cartilage tissue, which promote low potential regeneration. Chondral lesions can be caused by metabolic stimulation, or genetic, vascular and traumatic events, are classified according size thickness affected cartilage.
