摘要: Strong genetic contribution has been demonstrated to influence the development of autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) as well autoantibody production. In order assess relation between CT60 cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) gene polymorphism and production, we investigated 180 consecutive newly diagnosed patients with two forms AITD, 105 Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) 75 postpartum (PPT). We evaluated function, measured antibodies against peroxidase (TPO) thyroglobulin (Tg), determined CTLA-4 polymorphism. HT, TPO antibody median value was significantly lower in AA compared AG GG genotypes (65, 122 319 U/ml, P<0.005), while Tg genotype (91 189 P<0.02). PPT, frequency autoantibody-positive higher among G-allele-carrying (P<0.04). Similar (12, 130 423 P<0.006). Hypothyroid PPT were more often (P<0.005) hyperthyroid (500 32 P<0.0001). The G-allele hypothyroid (P<0.05). Our data suggest that both HT contributes importantly also seems polymorphous allele are prone develop form PPT.
