摘要: Murashige & Skoog (MS) and Hoagland’s media were previously used for in vitro culture of Landoltia punctata. During subsequent ex culture, the use MS medium resulted a higher growth rate, compared to medium. Thus, starch content L. punctata was hypothesized. Here, strain 5632 isolated characterized using morphological characteristics atpF-atpH intergenic region. early cultivation stage, fresh weight relative rate lower than Conversely, considerably Medium effects on expression genes coding starch-biosynthesis ADP-glucosepyrophosphorylase (AGPase) determined. Genomic fragments small (LeAPS) large (LeAPL1) AGPase subunits characterized. Differential between each subunit observed both media. Additionally, medium, highest correlation coefficients gene found with LeAPS (0.81) followed by LeAPL3 (0.67), LeAPL2 (0.65) LeAPL1 (0.28). In (0.83) (0.62) (0.18) (−0.62). This suggested different levels contributions these biosynthesis
