摘要: All twenty-eight guinea pigs immunized with a variety of bovine renal basement membrane (RBM) preparations developed similar interstitial nephritides, minimal glomerular abnormalities. Direct immunofluorescence revealed linear deposition IgG along the tubular membranes (TBM) all and (GBM) 13 them. Elution renal-bound demonstrated that had antibodies against both TBM GBM, although anti-GBM activity was usually not detectable at low concentrations in eluates. Absorption pooled eluates pig RBM immunoabsorbents following: 1) approximately three-fourths eluted comprised antibody to RBM; 2) autoantibody reacted TBM, while only 36 46% crossreacted GBM; 3) appeared have antigenicities separate from shared 4) whole form collagenous noncollagenous portions RBM.
