摘要: In this paper, the effects of thickness difference and machining on mechanical behavior machined aluminum tailor-made blanks are studied from both experimental numerical viewpoints. A variety tensile test specimens with different ratios Clad bare AA2024-T3 monolithic sheets used for study. Two processes, i.e. milling grinding, applied preparation samples. study is also conducted to understand blanks. FEM simulations carried out by using a package (ABAQUS). The stress concentration phenomenon, bending caused difference, ratio strain fields numerically. It shown that process have significant impact forming failure mechanism specimens. concluded localization two competing mechanisms in testing
