摘要: Abstract Titanium dioxide is a ceramic material which widely used as white pigment and catalyst. In the present work precipitation of TiO2 by thermal hydrolysis titanium oxysulphate was studied in terms homogeneous coating capsules. Experimental simulations have been done to describe 0.1 M aqueous solutions while some experiments sulphuric acid added increase reaction time. experimental part this work, gravimetric spectroscopic measurements were performed determine time-dependent particle size characterize distribution precipitated particles. theoretical different mechanisms process like nucleation, growth agglomeration considered using semi-empirical equations. For transfer effects individual scale whole population particles balance equations (PBEs), one for colloidal deposited phase, used. Finally, results compared ones limitations model discussed.
