摘要: The formability of adhesive bonded steel sheets is experimentally evaluated and predicted with the influence carbon black (CB) nano powder filled adhesive. epoxy properties are modified by filling CB at different wt. %. tensile in-plane plane-strain (IPPS) tests carried out to evaluate blanks. true stress–strain behaviour blanks from experimental using a finite element (FE) model. forming limit strains during predictions necking criteria, namely thickness gradient based criterion (TGNC) effective strain-rate (ESRC), validated strains. results show that improved elongation base materials constituting increase in up 2 There reasonable difference between experiments due absence interface bonding materials. In test, about 9.1 %–21.7 % variation major strain 10.3 %–13.4 minor TGNC noticed, while ESRC shows more than TGNC. IPPS 8.3 %–12.4 2.2 noticed prediction equally efficient as compared this case. better 13.5 strain, 7.5 test. Similarly, 1 0.3 test observed.
