摘要: Neonicotinoids (NEOs) are a class of pesticides widely used worldwide. This study analyzed post-cooking residues NEO and assessed their potential health risks for preschool children (0–6 years old) by conducting total diet (TDS). It involved food sampling, preparation, analysis pesticide residues, estimation consumption data, assessment safety risks. Food sampling was conducted between March June 2015. A 128 samples were obtained from 4 parts Taiwan. After the had been prepared, aggregated into 32 composite items analyzed. Acetamiprid highest detection rate (59.4%), concentrations ranged not detected to 80.5 μg/kg. The estimated daily intake (EDI) among found be lower than adjusted acceptable (ADI) even highly exposed groups. results showed that primarily in preserved fruits, cherry tomato, rape, bell fruit, baby bok choy. main risk posed at high rates attributed acetamiprid (34.20 %ADI) imidacloprid (23.69 %ADI), respectively. Therefore, this research implicates present level diets Taiwan does exceed 100 %ADI.
