摘要: Abstract The distribution of cells expressing μ-receptor mRNA and binding sites were compared in brain spinal cord tissue sections using a combination situ hybridization receptor autoradiographic techniques. μ-Receptor was visualized with 35S-labeled cRNA probe directed to transmembrane III–VI the rat μ-receptor, while labeled μ-selective ligand [3H]DAMGO. A high correspondence between distributions observed nucleus accessory olfactory bulb, anterior nuclei, striatal patches accumbens caudate-putamen, endopiriform nucleus, claustrum, diagonal band Broca, globus pallidus, ventral pallidum, bed stria terminalis, most thalamic medial posteriocortical amygdala, lateral, dorsomedial, posterior mammillary nuclei hypothalamus, presubiculum, subiculum, rostral interpeduncular median raphe, inferior colliculus, parabrachial locus coeruleus, central grey, ambiguus, solitary tract, gracilis, cuneatus, dorsal motor vagus. Differences several regions, including cortex, hippocampus, superior trigeminal cochlear cord, may be due transport presynaptic terminals.
