摘要: Varicella-zoster virus (VZV) is the causative agent of both chickenpox (varicella) and shingles (zoster). VZV survives host defenses, even with an intact immune system, disseminates in before causing disease. To date, several diverse immunomodulatory strategies used by to undermine immunity have been identified; however, few studies addressed complement evasion this virus. Here, we show that expression CD59, which a key member regulators activation (RCA), significantly upregulated response infection human T cells dorsal root ganglia (DRG) but not skin xenografts SCID-hu mice vivo. This first report demonstrating upregulates CD59 tissue-specific manner vivo, may aid pathogenesis.
