摘要: A one-time-pad encryption system where encrypted keys can be distributed to users on physical media or a computer network from central server. Each key has identification number that facilitates management. data set includes header specifying an offset within the for commencement of decryption so messages decrypted in any order. Before begins, length remaining unused is compared encrypted. Encryption control buttons are added word processor and other programs as addition user interface.
