A Highly Regular Hexapod Structure of Lead Sulfide: Solution Synthesis and Raman Spectroscopy

摘要: A highly regular hexapod-like structure of PbS with six symmetric arms has been synthesized by a simple and mild chemical solution route. The was characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), high-resolution TEM (HRTEM). results show that each arm is perpendicular to the other four, opposite last one. are about 0.3-0.6 microm long, which have 40-60 nm tips 150-200 base. And shows an icicle-like some clear steps, grows along 100 directions. most possible growth mechanism discussed herein based on characterization results. Raman spectra were investigated. our products sensitive laser can be photodegraded easily.
