摘要: By forming a monolayer of metal core-shell nanoparticles, transferring the to various substrates and removing shells surrounding particles by way selective etching, it is possible form large-area uniform nanogap structures very easily. In addition, formed an ultrasmall void having no limitation in diffusion between cores through Van der Waals interaction core particles, as etching proceeds. It enhance near-field significantly around structure.
