摘要: Transparent larval zebrafish offer the opportunity to unravel genetic and neuronal networks underlying behavior in a developing system. In this study, we developed choice chamber paradigm measure reward-associated zebrafish. where have of spending their time either water- or morphine-containing compartment, larvae that previously experienced morphine spend significantly more compartment containing morphine. This can be attentuated by pre-treatment with antagonists opioid receptor dopamine receptor, furthermore, is impaired too few mutant, which has deficiency production specific groups dopaminergic serotonergic neurons ventral forebrain. These results uncover for an addictive substance mediated through central monoaminergic neurotransmitter systems.
