摘要: Abstract Grass or plant eating is a widely recognized behaviour amongst domestic dogs. We first estimated the prevalence of by administering written survey to owners healthy dogs visiting outpatient service veterinary medical teaching hospital for routine health maintenance procedures. Of 47 systematically surveyed whose had daily exposure plants, 79% reported that their dog eaten grass other plants. Using an internet targeting plant-eating dogs, we then acquired information regarding frequency and type plants eaten, with which appeared ill before vomiting was seen afterwards. 3340 surveys returned, 1571 met enrollment criteria.
