摘要: A semi-fluoroalkyl group substituted organic semiconductor polymer and an thin film transistor including the same are disclosed. structure in which hydrogen of only a terminal alkyl is with fluorine exhibits significantly increased hole mobility, improved properties terms thermal stability chemical stability, as compared to all hydrogens coupled thiophene ring fluorine, or thereof not remaining portion ring.
