摘要: Urbanisation, climate change and development combine some of the major challenges for 21 st century. One aim this paper is to identify key intervention areas address with special reference Southeast Asia a focus on India. Another concomitant point out where currently prevalent approaches urban resilience are still blind. Thus in beginning nexus urbanization briefly outlined by describing current state implications. This followed discussing issues and, deducting from that, themes an action-oriented approach resilience. In conclusion, however, several blind spots highlight needs further research rethinking at policy level.
