摘要: The Zeeman effect on lines in the (0, 0) A {sup 2}Π-X 2}Σ{sup +} band system of a cold molecular beam sample magnesium hydride, MgH, has been recorded at high resolution (FWHM ≅60 MHz) and analyzed. associated with lowest rotational levels are detected for first time. field-free spectrum was analyzed to produce spectroscopic parameters 2}Π (v = state. experimentally observed magnetic tuning low-rotational spectral features field strengths comparable those found sunspots is accurately modeled by assuming that electronic spin orbital g-factors, g{sub S} L} , X states 2.002 1.000, respectively, g {sub l} –0.0023 +}.
