摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to assess water and salt balance in young football players training during Ramadan. Measurements were made 92 male before the month Fifty-five participants observing Ramadan fasting, while other 37 eating drinking without restriction. In week 3 Ramadan, measures a session 60–70 min duration that performed at an ambient temperature 25–28°C relative humidity 50–53%. Body mass recorded after training. Fluid intake assessed non-fasting by weighing drink bottles training, volume any urine output recorded.
