摘要: In this study we have examined a protein associated with bile canaliculi of mouse and rat hepatocytes that is detected by monoclonal antibody BG9.1. The seen indirect-immunofluorescence microscopy as 2 discrete parallel lines at the lateral borders adjacent hepatocytes. This pattern present during development in day 13 fetal liver. Electron immuno-gold labeling indicated cytoplasmic surface junctional complexes located on either side canaliculi. BG9.1 reacts 192000 apparent molecular weight immunoblots plasma membrane isolated from It has been reported unlike most cellular components, tight junctions are not soluble sodium deoxycholate. Extraction hepatic sheets deoxycholate other reagents did eliminate enhanced intensity reactions immunoblots. also binds to junctional-complex region epithelial cell types. These results indicate detects deoxycholate-insoluble suggests component junctions.
