摘要: Over the past decade role of MR imaging in evaluation diffuse liver disease has become common practice. Although detection focal lesions remains mainstay imaging, a growing cohort patients are referred for hepatosteatosis, iron deposition diseases, and cirrhosis. In particular, multiecho sequences becoming gold standard quantification fat iron. elastography allows improved early hepatic fibrosis. Unfortunately, majority diseases lack specific features on yet solid understanding different pathologic processes an informed interpretation.
