摘要: In times of limited resources allocation, it is necessary for pharmacists to justify the added value their pharmacist interventions (PIs) made during medication review (MR). The purpose this thesis work research on methodologies evaluation PIs as well development and validation a new tool assessing potential impacts PIs. consists 3 major parties: (i) context in which MR locates, characteristics practice MR, PIs, (ii) systematic tools significance literature , (iii) process multidimensional - named CLEO whole results are useful evaluate demonstrate efforts expand clinical pharmacy services.
