摘要: The problem of damping the nutational motion a spinning artificial satellite is considered. It shown that an internal passive device can damp nutations body when polar moment inertia greater than transverse, but will lead to instability in opposite case. One particular form damper examined more detail, and it found indeed stabilize axis if its parameters obey certain condition. If they do not, stable result, rotation not be symmetry satellite.
