摘要: [14C]Choline was incorporated into microsomal membranes in vivo, and from CDP-[14C]choline vitro, the site of incorporation determined by hydrolysis outer leaflet membrane bilayer using phospholipase C Clostridium welchii. Labelled phosphatidylcholine found to be concentrated with a specific activity approximately three times that inner leaflet. During CDP-choline treatment vesicles retained labelled-protein contents indicating they remained intact. When microsomes were opened taurocholate after [14C]choline labelled behaved as single pool. Selective intact is not, therefore, consequence specificity C. These results indicate preferentially choline-phosphotransferase pathway this pool phospholipid does not equilibrate
