摘要: Abstract Contamination of drinking and recreational water bodies by toxic cyanobacteria is a significant management issue in many countries. Until recently, knowledge the occurrence cyanotoxins species responsible for cyanotoxin production New Zealand was limited. In this study total 266 cyanobacterial mat samples collected from 227 different between 2001 to 2004 were analysed cyanotoxins. Enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays, liquid chromatography mass spectrometry, high performance chromatography, neuroblastoma assays resulted identification microcystins/nodularins (102 54 bodies), anatoxin‐a (three three saxitoxins (48 41 bodies).
