摘要: [1] Ocean bottom pressure (OBP) observations in the Arctic from situ recorders and Gravity Recovery Climate Experiment (GRACE) satellite mission, averaged over basin, reveal annual oscillations of about 2 cm. The maximum occurs late summer to early fall minimum winter spring. We derive a simple model OBP response runoff precipitation minus evaporation (P-E) that agrees phase with is 10% larger.
