摘要: Objective: To evaluate visual field deterioration in patients with glaucoma and without optic disc hemorrhages (DHs). Design: A prospective study at quarterly base involving annual perimetry; mean follow-up of 9 years. Setting: Outpatient department, nonreferral basis. Patients: Sixty-eight primary open-angle glaucoma, 34 normal pressure (NPG), 125 ocular hypertension. Results: Visual occurred 32%, 6% the DHs who had NPG, or hypertension, respectively, while 80%, 89%, 14% DH, respectively. Cox proportional hazards ratio(CHR) for vs was 5.4 NPG ( P Conclusions: The presence increased risk deterioration. Disc were indicative only ipsilateral eyes NPG.
