摘要: Abstract Microbial fuel cells (MFCs) treating the food waste leachate produced from biohydrogen fermentation were examined to enhance power generation and energy recovery. In batch mode, maximum voltage production was 0.56 V density reached 1540 mW/m 2 . The Coulombic efficiency (CE max ) (EE) in mode calculated be 88.8% 18.8%, respectively. When organic loading rate sequencing varied 0.75 6.2 g COD/L-d (under CE ), 769.2 mW/m OLR of 3.1 g COD/L-d, whereas higher recovery (CE = 52.6%, 0.346 Wh/g COD rem achieved at 1.51 g COD/L-d. results demonstrate that readily biodegradable substrates can effectively used for enhanced bioelectricity harvesting MFCs a MFC coupled with is great benefit on electricity efficiency.
