摘要: SUMMARY The length of the mitotic cycle and time spent in mitosis are calculated for six regions apical meristem roots Zea. two methods used measurement rates labelling nuclei with radioactive thymidine accumulation metaphases grown colchicine. lasts from 12 hours cap initials to about 200 quiescent centre same roots. Some points organization apices discussed light these estimates.
