摘要: Abstract The interface and substructure of martensite in the Zr 50 Cu alloy have been investigated by high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM). intervariant structure is (021) type I twin, while dominant substructures inside variant are (001) compound twins stacking faults. faults considered to be account for origin twin. boundaries both straight but with a lot atom scale steps. magnitudes twinning shear more than 0.5.
