摘要: Recently, we screened several KV channels for possible dependence on plasma membrane phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PI(4,5)P2). The were expressed in tsA-201 cells and the PI(4,5)P2 was depleted by manipulations whole-cell experiments with parallel measurements of channel activity. In contrast to reports excised-patches using Xenopus laevis oocytes, found only KV7, but none other tested channels, be strongly dependent PI(4,5)P2.
