摘要: The problem of electric and magnetic dipoles located near a thin planar slab or sheet ionized material is considered. A constant uniform field impressed on the slab. Under assumption that thickness very small, expressions for resultant fields are obtained. As result anisotropy it indicated elliptically polarized in general. On carrying out saddle-point evaluation integrals formal solution shown far may be split into “radiation” “surface wave” components. dependence radiation pattern surface wave characteristics electron density, collision frequency illustrated.
