摘要: The sampling technique is seldom regarded as a problem in packed column GC. In capillary GC, however, there considerable variety of injection techniques, and each them has its range applications. On one hand this means greater flexibility allowing better chance finding which produces more accurate results than by the other needs knowledge experience to choose appropriate method for particular application. Furthermore, must know working rules limitations these techniques. This paper reviews three important methods special techniques involved their proper use.
