摘要: Previous chromosome mapping of multigene families in Pentatomomorpha (Heteroptera) insects, which was restricted to the major rDNA, revealed remarkable conservation number clusters and chromosomal positions. Aiming understand organization evolutionary patterns karyotypes Heteroptera, we performed a using four distinct representatives Coreidae (ten species) Pentatomidae (five species). A single pair rDNA cluster (18S probe) minor (5S probe), both terminally located were primarily observed, being, most species, chromosomes. However, some alternative also observed. In species U2 snDNA H4 gene mapped, they mainly one autosomal each, wherein different Our data suggest that karyotype diversity reported is not reflected distribution families. This contrasts with for Pentatomidae, conserved gross but discrete location families, indicating genome dynamics these markers. The findings are discussed shed light on possible causes or variation observed assist understanding trends group.
