摘要: A locking device of the type having a padlock body and split shackle for receiving flexible cable or like attached to parts, wherein one parts remains fixed lock while other is detached by key actuated provision made preventing removal when opened removable part separated from body. Return position permitted only properly in place so that it positively assured has been completed removed.
