On-site screening was by police using DrugWipe®, while driver still vehicle if positive, a second test on collected oral fluid, Rapiscan®, specially outfitted “drug bus” located adjacent to area. Oral fluid presumptive positive cases sent laboratory for confirmation with limits quantification 5, 2 ng/mL methamphetamine (MA), methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), THC, respectively. Recovery experiments showed quantitative recovery analytes from collector. When could not be collected, blood taken confirmation. These gave 313 following GC–MS comprised 269, 118, 87 MA, MDMA, The median concentrations (undiluted) THC 1136, 2724, 81 ng/mL. overall rate 2.4% screened population.
