摘要: Biodegradable polyurethane scaffolds have been used to control cell fate and tissue regeneration. Scaffold properties including chemical, mechanical, structural affect adhesion, spreading, proliferation, differentiation. These are determined by the chemistry of biodegradable polyurethanes, scaffold fabrication techniques, surface modification approaches. In this chapter, we review effect nanofibrous scaffolds, microporous multilayered with nanostructured surfaces, on Current challenges in determining relationship discussed future perspectives addressed.
