摘要: Abstract Medical implants could face several complications after being placed in their designated site. Biofilm formation on the implant surface, unwanted host response due to lack of biocompatibility, and slow tissue regeneration rate can lead failure. Therefore, medical should be modified able overcome these challenges. This work presents a novel approach for coating with nanoparticles different biomaterials using nano spray drying. The particles were produced deposited single-step by utilizing electrostatic particle collector. Preliminary experiments performed titanium plates optimize process parameters. Three model substances chosen, namely chitosan, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) curcumin. Additionally, influence position inside collector size distribution was evaluated. Scanning electron microscopy revealed spherical shaped all formulations bottom part had narrowest distribution. optimized parameters thereafter successfully applied dental implants. results similar those preliminary which confirmed reproducibility this technique. outcomes study proved that technique is highly efficient, time-saving cost-effective.
