The effects of terbium oxide on phase transition and electronic properties of potassium-sodium niobate-based ceramics

摘要: Abstract Lead free piezoelectric ceramics 0.96K0.48Na0.52Nb0.96Sb0.04O3-0.04Bi0.5(Na0.82K0.18)0.5ZrO3-xmol%Tb4O7 (KNNS- BNKZ-xTb4O7) are prepared by solid state reaction method. The effects of Tb4O7 on phase transition, grain growth and electronic properties the studied. (x ≥ 0.2) induces a transition from tetragonal-orthorhombic coexistence phases to pseudo-cubic one. Meanwhile, could reduce size lead step-like growth. In addition, enhance temperature stability KNNS-BNKZ ceramics. For pure ceramics, d33* kp reduced 68.0% 24.3%, respectively, 30 °C 150 °C. component x = 0.1, they 6.1% 1.6%, in same range. This paper may have positive significance for searching with excellent stable properties.
