摘要: This paper shows the step by coimmobilization of up to five different enzymes following two orders in alter effect substrate diffusion limitations. The were lipases A and B from Candida antarctica, Rhizomocur miehei and, Themomyces lanuginosus phospholipase Lecitase Ultra. utilized strategy was a layer immobilization, coating immobilized with polyethylenimine followed crosslinking enzyme PEI glutaraldehyde prevent release, them adding new lipase layer. use previously inactivated biocatalysts (using diethyl p-nitrophenylphosphate) permitted visualize immobilization each layer, which later confirmed SDS-PAGE. also successful complete covalent treated layers. Activity combibiocatalysts using diverse substrates. protocol immobilize an ordered way 5 down-up distribution.
