摘要: Purpose To evaluate the correlation between morphologic changes in outer retina and visual function after successful repair of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with macula off. Design Observational case series. Methods settings: Dijon University Hospital. patients: Thirty patients (30 eyes) off a minimum 6-month follow-up surgery. main outcome measures: Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) retina, fundus autofluorescence (FAF), microperimetry. Results Twenty 30 eyes presented microstructural within photoreceptor layer (66.7%). Of these, half (50%) had more than 1 lesion. Disrupted inner segment/outer segment (IS/OS) junction was noted 16 out (53.3%), irregular hyporeflectivity segments (PROS) observed 17 (56.7%), external limiting membrane discontinued 10 (33.3%), hyperreflective spots nuclear were 5 (16.7%). FAF detected only Abnormalities IS/OS significantly associated lower foveal macular sensitivity, thinner PROS, global ( P = .014, .003, .006, Conclusions SD-OCT microperimetry seem to be appropriate tools determine anatomic recovery
