摘要: Aims: To develop a multiplex PCR that allows the identification of bacteria belonging to Staphylococcus genus and in particular species xylosus, S. saprophyticus, epidermidis aureus isolated from food manufacturing plants. Methods Results: Five primer pairs were used PCR, one specific four species. All 31 reference strains yielded product with genus-specific primers. gave fragment corresponding species-specific No amplification Kocuria, Macrococcus Micrococcus was observed our conditions.
