摘要: Phthalate esters as plasticizers have been widespread in the environment and may be associated with development of allergic diseases such asthma atopic dermatitis. In this study, we demonstrated that CTB glycoprotein attenuates reactions caused by di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) human mast cells (HMC-1). This experiment evaluated degranulation histamine β-hexosaminidase well activities protein kinase C (PKC), stress-activated kinase/c-Jun N-terminal (SAPK/JNK), activator (AP)-1 interleukin (IL)-4 tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α using immunoblotting reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Our results revealed presence DEHP inhibits cell, translocation PKC from cytosol to membrane, phosphorylation SAPK/JNK HMC -1 cells. We also found (100 μg mL(-1) ) has suppressive effects on transcriptional activation AP-1, expression IL-4 TNF-α DEHP-treated HMC-1 suggest expressions cytokines
