摘要: The understanding of human diseases and their treatment in terms molecular mechanisms owes much to animal experimentation. Specifically, the induction animals by same pathogenetic factors that induce disease man has been great value, particularly if experimental conditions closely simulate those diseases. Typical examples are infectious diseases, hypertension secondary renal disease, coronary artery hyperlipemias, diabetes mellitus insulin deficiency many others. development drugs for often developed empirically models have studied almost as an afterthought.
