摘要: Globally, ovarian cancer is the seventh most common in women and eighth cause of death, with five-year survival rates below 45%. Although age-standardised are stable or falling high-income countries, they rising many low middle income countries. Furthermore, increasing life-expectancy, number cases diagnosed each year increasing. To control we need to understand causes. This will allow better prediction those at greatest risk for whom screening might be appropriate, while identification potentially modifable causes provides an opportunity intervention reduce rates. In this paper summarise current state knowledge regarding known possible epithelial discuss some main theories carcinogenesis.
