摘要: This chapter argues that despite the general idea rule of law principles and regulatory state collide, these institutional arrangements have a mutually reinforcing relationship. positive effect can be achieved provided there is working constitution in place. A must satisfy two fundamental standards: on one hand, order to legitimate, it should result successful coordination interests all relevant agents society and, enhance public power, has designed so as effectively promote among leading agents. It concluded such constitutions are central pieces normative infrastructure developed societies. Therefore, theory explains justifies this sort arrangement plays pivotal role contemporary legal political theory.
