摘要: A microfluidic device based on an inductive Coulter counting principle to detect metal wear particles in lubrication oil is presented. The detects the passage of ferrous and nonferrous by monitoring inductance change embedded coil. was tested using iron copper ranging size from 50 125 μm. testing results have demonstrated that capable detecting distinguishing oil; such can be indicative potential machine faults rotating reciprocating machinery.
